Drop Shipping

Welcome to the Drop Shipping service provided by Born Shop. This page outlines the terms and conditions of the service for our partners and explains the process for order handling, shipping, and returns.

Terms of Participation

  • The partner must have a professional VAT number, be a registered client of Born Shop, and possess access credentials for our website.
  • The partner must have an active contract with one or more of the following courier services:
    • ACS
    • Speedex Courier
    • ΕΛΤΑ Courier
    • General Post
    • Easy Mail
    • Courier Center
    • Tachydema
    • Last Mile
    or any other service capable of issuing electronic PDF vouchers.
  • We also handle European shipments via DHL (cash on delivery through DHL is prohibited).
  • Maximum daily shipments per partner: 100 shipments per business day.

Service Terms

Courier companies can pick up parcels from our headquarters at 184 Monastiriou Street, Thessaloniki from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM on business days. Partners are responsible for issuing vouchers and covering shipping costs.
Number of Parcels Daily Fee
1 to 20 parcels €5 per day
21 to 40 parcels €10 per day
41 to 60 parcels €15 per day
61 to 80 parcels €20 per day
81 to 100 parcels €25 per day
For oversized parcels (> 0.80 x 0.60 meters), the following shipping rates apply:
  • Domestic ground shipments: €7
  • Shipments to Greek islands: €15 (additional €5 for oversized parcels)

Return Policy

All returns of defective or incorrect products must be sent to the partner’s address. If the partner wishes to return products to our company, they must issue a delivery note and notify us. We will arrange for a courier to collect the return at no additional cost.

Company Commitments and Timeframes

Born Shop. commits to shipping all partner orders on the same day if the partner sends the accompanying vouchers by 11:30 AM on business days. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

Payment Policy and Invoicing

Partners are required to deposit the fixed monthly fees between the 1st and 5th of each month. A detailed list of monthly shipments and the amount due will be sent to the partner before invoicing.
